Helen is a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist who trained at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy. She specialises in helping people to manage stress, irrational fears and sleep problems. Her background in both business and teaching has given her first-hand experience of the stresses and strains of the professional world as well as juggling relationships and family life.
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy
This is an evidence-based approach to therapy used to treat a variety of psychological conditions, including stress and anxiety, fears and phobias as well as sleep disruption and insomnia. It combines a range of tried and tested CBT techniques with hypnosis to create a targeted treatment plan to help you cope.
Sessions are conducted via secure video link.
